The good news is that premium prices have gone down. Today, there is no digot that has a premium higher than 10.1983%. Also, the gains have improved. All but one of the USD digots have a gain higher than .24%.

Portfolios which do not pay OA fees from the incoming balance will be penalized. Your gains will be added to the TDV and your credit line. Basically, your DXDA will NOT go up. When you get funds into your incoming balance you can reapply for the discount activation and they will take the fee from your incoming balance.

eeeCurrency Information
Users can no longer inexchange funds to their incoming balance via eeeCurrency. This was a great way to get funds for paying OA fees, but it is no longer an option. Read Article 39 and Article 40 for the details.
