DXDU Incremental Fees Changed

QOD:Tell me about the changes to the DXDU incremental fees.
On September 21, 2005, DX is making several changes. The fees will now be paid, IF you pay them from the Available balance only. No fees will be added to the discounted fee, which is paid from the Incoming balance. This means that you must inexchange to incoming in order to pay fees. Furthermore, on this date, the function to move funds from DXDA to Incoming will be removed.

This does seem to make it harder to pay OA fees, as we have to wait for the outexchange from Available to take place. But, DX assures us that the OutX speeds will be improving along with these changes.

As a result of this, I intend to pay the discounted fee. And since I do have some funds in my DXDA from trying to get the TDV/DXDU ratio down, I plan to move some of that to Incoming to pay a month or two of fees. I will be doing this before September 21 since the function to move DXDA to Incoming will be removed.
